FAQs

We would never make you choose! Our 360 booth outputs both stunning video and high-res gifs, all of which will look fabulous on your feed.
Our 360 booth is a big spectacle but only requires a small space. An 8’ x 8’ space is sufficient for our 360 booths, however, we recommend more space for all the guests who will gather around to gawk.
360 is dizzyingly fun... but no, don't worry. Our 360 booth features a camera that spins around the subject while they remain stationary, smiling, and safe.
Up to 4 hours come standard with all our packages, but you can always extend that amount of time for an additional fee. Party on garth!
Our host will show up at least an hour early to get set up just the way you want it. Our host then will engage with your guests and keep the party going with all the pictures you and they want! At the end of the night our host breaks down the booth and gives you an album you will keep for a lifetime.
After you fill out your Event Details sheet our team handles all the logistics and details to get your printouts and booth just the way you want it for your big day.
A Hipstr host is your day of event contact from Hipstr. They will be taking care of the photo booth setup and breakdown at your venue, as well as hosting the photo booth experience throughout your event to ensure all your guests have an awesome time.
Yes - all the time. There are just a few considerations that you should keep in mind, which are outlined below.
1. Make sure that the photo booth experience is not set up in direct sunlight. This is a photography experience and we want to ensure that your photos are not washed out by light.
2. We'll need to be placed on flat, solid, and dry ground.
3. If you’d like a backdrop we'll need to ensure that winds aren't moving more than 7mph.
4. We'll need to be within 30 feet of a power outlet, and yes generators are fine.
5. In case of inclement weather, we'll need to make sure that there’s a plan B that allows the photo booth experience to continue even if the weather gets a little moody.
